Romsey win 5–1

Romsey got straight into stride, earning their first short corner after just three minutes. Another followed at six minutes, injected perfectly by debut-season star Alice and smashed home by debut-season powerhouse Harriet for the opening goal ⚡️. Ang almost added another with a near miss that had the sidelines leaning in 😅.

Charlotte made it 2–0 with her second hit after staying calm in the D ❄️. Moments later came a huge team celebration as Sarah scored her first ever goal 🎉 making it 3–0. Harriet then delivered again from another sharp short-corner routine to take it to 4–0 💪.

Salisbury thought they’d nicked one before halftime, but it was ruled out 🚫.

In the second half Salisbury did manage to score, but Romsey stayed composed. Angela sealed the deal just before the final whistle with Romsey’s fifth, assisted neatly by Sarah 🏑✨.

Sophie made several great saves and was a strong star-player contender.

Sausage and smash for tea went down a treat 😋 followed by Coach Simeon’s birthday cake, beautifully sorted by Charlotte 🎂.

Hannah made confident attacking runs and put this week’s training skills to work ✅. Charlotte kept driving forward with strong carries, and Alice, Harriet and Emma E ran the midfield seamlessly🔥.

The low morning sun caused a bit of chaos 🌞😎 but Romsey kept their energy high and everything clicked.

Alice claimed star player 🌟 with well-earned nominations for Hannah, Harriet, Sarah, Emma E, Emma J and Sophie.
