Romsey 4s v Salisbury 5s 2-1 Home win
A sunny day, big smiles and a solid performance saw Romsey 4s take a deserved 2–1 win over top of the league Salisbury 5s.
Romsey struck twice in the first half: Coops opened the scoring, quickly followed by a well-worked goal from Hannah, set up beautifully by Charlotte.
The second half showed real grit as Romsey held their lead despite Salisbury winning four short corners in a row. Outstanding defending kept the sheet clean, earning Poppy a well-deserved Player of the Match.
Other star votes went to Cherry, Charlotte, EJ, Ruth and Coops.
Coach was especially impressed with the yellow’s quick play, finding space and recycling the ball with real confidence.
And of course… an elite selection of half-time sweets kept energy (and smiles) high.
