Club Fitness training moves to Wednesday evenings in August.

The sessions are open to all club members and will be run by Qualified members of Priority Fitness and will run for about 60mins, These will be High intensity sessions so please bring plenty of fluids and make sure you arrive at 19.15 15 minutes before hand to ensure we start on time.
